21 years ago, a couple of guys set out to build an agency they'd want to work for—an agency that didn't take a round about marketing approach. They wanted direct hits.

At our core, we are creative problem solvers. We don’t believe in “one-size-fits-all” or that an experience is limited to an event, street team, or stunt. So we built an agency that is an evolving experience—an experience in finding the best people from each industry and giving them the freedom to build.

 

Anybody can say these things, but we are a “Show Not Tell” kind of agency.

Brad Nierenberg

CEO

RedPeg's big boss man, Brad has been here since the beginning, founding RedPeg in 1995. Nowadays, he splits his time playing with his kids and planning our next holiday fiesta. He also manages to squeeze in some time to run the empire he's built.

John Piester

President

John spends much of free time watching his kids play sports, but he may be the best athlete of them all. He may be small, but he sports a big heart, as he carried his team to the first annual RedPeg Field Day Olympics gold medal. Guess his Salt Lake City Olympic experience finally paid off!

Marc McEwen

VP of Client Services

Marc is the fearless leader of all GEICO experiential programs and the reigning RedPeg MVP. Armed with copious amounts of Denver Broncos gear, Canadian ancestry, and flawless understanding and use of sarcasm, Marc is nothing but adored by his fellow RedPeg compatriots.

Kristin Daniels

VP of Client Services

Kristin heads our beer and spirits division after spending 15 years with Heineken and their associated brands. She's may be a volleyball mom at heart, but she has certainly earned her "Most Interesting Woman at RedPeg" status with love for surfing, music festivals, and ultra marathons (100+ miles).

Martin Codd

VP of Production

The other (fake) Brit in the office, Martin is at his happiest in the field, wielding his tool belt and codpiece to ensure seamless experiences for our clients.

Michael Stotsky

VP of Brand Partnerships

Our VP of Brand Partnerships on the east side, Michael is a rock star on the road having previously partnered with Doc Marten, AT&T, Heineken and Bacardi. He may not know it, but we really brought him on for his unbelievable musical knowledge, in order to round out our RedPeg trivia team.

Tweeder sets the tone in the RedPeg office, making sure to show up and work hard one day a week. His endless energy and edgy attire make him a fan favorite around the office and the face of Friday Dog Days.

RedPeg Cares

What began as a small get-together has emerged into DC’s biggest and best charity poker tournament, benefitting Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. A star-studded charity event, Chance for Life features a 400-person poker tournament, a wine and chef’s tasting hosted by a local celebrity chef, and an after party that keeps everyone dancing late into the night. To date, Chance for Life has raised more than $1.7 for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation and will only continue to grow.
